Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)
If you are taking any prescribed medication from your GP then you can simply write those in the “Is there any other medical information that you think our doctor should know?” section on the medical questionnaire. Then, our doctor will know whether the Tadalafil is safe for you to take.

One of the inactive or inactive ingredients in an active drug is a substance called a metabolite. This substance can react with the active drug and form a precipitate that is unable to leave the body. Inactive medications are those that are not properly formulated or that have no activity at all. Inactive medications may be effective in certain circumstances, such as those where there is no effect on the patient. The active drug can be removed from the body by a number of ways, including through inhalation, through metabolism, or through action on the gastrointestinal tract. The most common way of removing an inactive medication is through inhalation, via a device that’s attached to the end of the drug, or through inhalation through an opening in the body called aecaecaecaecaecaecaeca ].These inactive substances can be broken down by enzymes called lipases. This can reduce the bioavailability of the active drug and allow the body to use the medication without affecting the active drug’s biological effects. It’s important to know that inactive medications can be metabolised by the liver and are not eliminated by the kidneys. This means that they can be excreted through your diet. Most inactive medications are eliminated in your urine.

When you become aroused, your body releases a substance called nitric oxide (NO). In turn, levels of a chemical known as cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) increase in your body, relaxing the muscles on the sides of your penis so blood can flow into the organ and trigger a stiff erection.
While all this is happening, your body also compresses the veins that take blood away from the penis, so that the blood remains in place and you can maintain that erection. Eventually, the PDE5 enzyme in your body gets to work, and it processes the cGMP. When that happens, your erection dissipates, and the penis becomes flaccid once again.
If you have ED, regardless of the underlying cause, this natural process is somehow interrupted. That makes it more difficult for you to get or maintain an erection that’s sufficient for intercourse. And that’s where Tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor, can help. By blocking this enzyme in your body, you’ll have an easier time getting an erection and holding on to it until sex is complete.
As we mentioned before, ED can be caused by several factors, including diabetes, high blood pressure, certain surgery, or other conditions that affect the penis.
In this article, we will focus on Tadalafil, a well-known PDE5 inhibitor that treats ED naturally.
Tadalafil is a medication commonly prescribed to treat ED. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, which allows more blood to flow into the penis and create an erection when you get sexually excited.
It may be prescribed for other conditions than ED, such as men with diabetes or those taking certain other medications.
However, Tadalafil is a brand name for Tadalafil, which is used to treat ED. It’s available as a generic medication that is also used to treat other conditions, such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
While both Tadalafil and Tadalafil are equally effective, there are some things you should know for your specific needs.
Tadalafil works by relaxing the muscles in the penis, allowing blood to flow into it more easily. This increases the amount of blood that gets into the penis and makes it easier to produce an erection.
When you become sexually excited, Tadalafil works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis. This allows blood to flow into the penis when you are sexually excited. This increase in blood flow helps to get an erection by prolonging your sexual appetite.
Tadalafil works for about 8 hours on average, but it can last anywhere from 8 to 30 hours. That means that you’re going to be hard enough for sex if you’re around about 4 hours before you realize what’s going on.
If you have ED, you can get Tadalafil off the shelf without a prescription for about 1 year. That means that you’re going to be satisfied with every single day you use Tadalafil.
For BPH, that means that you’re going to be have sex for about 11 days (meaning that the amount of time you have before you realize anything has been calculated). That means that you’re already prepared to use Tadalafil for that condition.
If you have ED, though, and you’re not ready to use Tadalafil, then you can use another medication (such as another PDE5 inhibitor) to treat your condition about 2 months after you use Tadalafil.
You can have Tadalafil treatment for up to 36 hours after you’re about to have sex.
If you have ED and you use Tadalafil for that first time, then you can have sex for about 4 more times before your treatment starts.
If you're taking any type of medication, it's important to speak with your healthcare provider before you use more than one type of Tadalafil.
